William Waterway Marks, (AKA: William Waterway) water researcher/author is presenting his theory on a "New Definition for Earth's Water Cycle” at the: International Symposium on Aqua Science, Water Resources and the Arts (http://www.isaswr.com)

Time: Thursday, November 3 from 12:15 to 12:45 pm - November 5

This is a Virtual Internet Event Open To Worldwide Participation To minimize carbon and water footprints - this ISASWR event will no longer be held at a convention center - but will be held online as a virtual event from November 3-5, 2011. Attendance is open to anyone who has a computer and a high-speed internet connection. A nominal $5USD registration fee permits the viewing of international presenters, including William Waterway Marks, who, along with others, will address perceptions of water and approaches to water-related challenges. Internet attendees from around the world will have the opportunity to ask questions of the presenters and to participate in online breakout sessions. This is the first time someone has proposed a new definition for Earth's water cycle in 430 years - when, in 1580, it was first defined by the Frenchman, Bernard Palissy, in his book "Admirable Discourses." Besides presenting his new water cycle definition, Mr. Marks will compliment the "artistic" component of this symposium with an original poem and Native American Flute song that relate to the water cycle.
