Since I was seven years old I have been passionate about living my highest purpose and creating learning and development environments (for myself and others) for being and becoming. This passion is a constant in every age and stage of my personal and professional life. In December 2010, I elected to retire early from the Corporate work world because I felt an urgent need to reinvent myself from a human “doing” to a human “being”. As a learning and development professional, my academic (Ph.D. Candidate) and career focus is training/instructional design, development, delivery; organizational development, human performance technology, change management and coaching.
In making this "Circle Connection" I have come home to myself.
