What are my lifetime skills and experiences?
I am a Certified Professional Co-active Coach, Professional Certified Coach, a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Certified Wellness Coach. I serve as Co-Leader of my local Boston Co-Active Network. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I own my own fitness and wellness coaching business called Flourish Fitness LLC and am co-founder of NurtureHer, a coaching company that focuses on feminine energy in our lives and in our universe. I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree from Westfield State College.

What is the call in my heart?
At NurtureHer I offer a place for women to explore their uniquely feminine energies. I am currently inviting like-minded women to retreat to the beautiful "Big Island" of Hawaii for a 5-day Women's Well-being Retreat Program on May 25-30, 2012 called Women at the Well. This all inclusive retreat at Kalani Oceanside Retreat Center includes tuition, lodging, meals and a post-retreat program. Women at the Well was created with the belief that the feminine energies - those aspects of being that are powerful in their own right, that our natural to us as women, but have been regarded as weak or insignificant - are part of our journey towards living our best life. Over the course of three months, we will reclaim the feminine way, the being part of living – the parts that make us feel TRULY ALIVE. Together we will explore - through various forms of spiritual practice, energy & body work, coaching, movement, creative process - our relationship to our own well-being, nature and our connection to the wellbeing of others.
