Dear friends:

I find myself thinking of this group at subconscious levels as I sleep at night. This suggests to me that something I said before remains valid, which is “we are up to something big!” Obviously there is much to work out. The proof of the diminishing numbers of women members greets us every time we enter a post. One week ago it had gone down over 50%. Then last Friday afternoon I noticed a few more women had dropped out. This is more than sad, and serious communication can not be put off. Otherwise a negative reputation will mar any good intentions. The women who leave will have unresolved feelings, memories and stories to tell.

What is the intention of this gathering? I have consulted with an old friend who has been an active NGO most, if not all, of her adult life. She informed me that many good movements go astray due to money and power issues. She also noted how powerful shadow forces enter into women’s endeavors (it usually takes over through financial and the establishment of power/patriarchal structures). It’s as though the evil energy behind the power structure of patriarchy comes in through the collective unconscious and without realizing it a group packs a pact with the devil (as the expression goes).

As previously noted in both the teleconference and in posts, we must find a different way if we are to be true to the “emerging” feminine. (Obviously “She” isn’t manifest fully yet.)

In my last book, The Root of All Evil: An Exposition of Prejudice, Fundamentalism and Gender Imbalance,” we note how we are living in a world that is seriously threatened at this time. Patriarchy has taken us to the brink of destruction. Its’ hierarchical structure threatens us with nuclear war, economic and ecological destruction, and perhaps the elimination of most, if not all, of humanity (let alone our brother and sister creatures who share this planet with us). What do we stand for in this moment?

This is why the feminine must come forth in all of Her Authenticity. The Root of All Evil book presented a case for this in a very scholarly manner. It is well researched. In short, I know what I’m talking about.

We need a serious discussion on how to create authentic feminine relationships and corporations (such as the foundation for Sophia 2010), and how these differ from patriarchal ones. We are talking about nothing less than the future of humanity (our sons, daughters, grandchildren, and all of the descendants to come). Are we going to repeat, and support, more of the same OR are we going to truly be willing to reexamine our we’ve done about the process (including any decisions and their negative influences on relationships, etc., etc.). There is a very good book by Psychologist Arnold Mindell on leadership. He talks about “ghost” energies that are lurking around groups ready to enter into the relationship in destructive ways. These can’t be ignored as they don’t go away as long as they’re hiding in the shadows. It is the light of Truth and the Love of greater relationship that brings change.

Every woman must examine her motivations and how she goes about her relationships with openness to guidance from the emerging feminine. We should all be open to one another as each of us is part of the healing opportunity at hand.
