Dear GTW Sisters,

Thanksgiving will soon be here and we have so much to be grateful for. We have had two women who have helped us technically to get out our monthly newsletter, Janaia Donaldson from Yuba Gals and Jeanie DeRousseau, a member of the GTW Global Matrix leadership team. Both need to move on to other things and we are seeking someone who has computer skills who can help us maintain our list and send out the newsletter monthly. It requires 30-60 minutes a month. If that person is you or you know of someone who could help, please let me know at judith@shocking.com. Thank you. Let us focus in gratitude that all of our needs, personally and GTW, be met with ease.

STEERING WHEEL MEETING

DVD SALONS

Gather the Women invites you into a process to "seed" sacred circles for women. In conjunction with GTW Global Matrix Conferences being held in Nov., our local GTW is offering DVD Salons. The DVD features Dr. Barbara Marx Hubbard, Dr. Jean Shinoda Bolen and Dr. Jean Houston. The presentation gives impetus for an in-depth discussion of the information and points raised by the speakers and can lay the groundwork to form on-going women's circles. Viewings are scheduled for Nov. 13 and 15. For time, place, and more info., please contact Marilyn.

BOOK CIRCLE

The Monday night book group will be meeting on November 6th to begin a new book. We are seriously considering “The Female Brain” by Louann Brizendine, MD. Any book is up for consideration, but we are favoring this one. Please bring your own ideas with your books. We will gather at Sharon McDonald’s at 6:45, to begin at 7:00 pm. Carpool leaves the county library at 6:35. Our calendar for 2006 and into January 2007 is as follows: November 6, 13 and 27. December 4 and 11. January 8. .

DRUM SOME FUN

MEDITATION CIRCLE
