Rev. Karen Tate’s first book, “Sacred Places of Goddess: 108 Destinations,” introduced the Divine Feminine to the mainstream world through the lens of sacred travel. Her latest offering, “Walking An Ancient Path: Rebirthing Goddess on Planet Earth,” moves that idea forward within the mainstream world, suggesting how Goddess Spirituality is relevant in achieving a balanced and harmonious future - and how becoming Her advocate might be incorporated in one’s spiritual paradigm. Likewise, it is a testament to the women and men of Her community who also “walk an ancient path” and embrace the sacred wisdom of the Divine Feminine as they work to restore Her within contemporary culture.

You may have even been a part of my immediate community that helped inspire some of the chapters in this book. You are an interconnected strand in the web that continues to make contemporary Goddess herstory. Please join together with us to revel in our deeds that stand as a testament to all of us walking an ancient path as we embrace the sacred Feminine Consciousness. Come enjoy this soiree in tribute to Isis, She of Ten Thousand Names. Come in community spirit and gratitude. Come bear witness to our past, present and future as we work in partnership to midwife Goddess more fully onto the world stage.
