I needed a cookie receipe with no eggs, and came up with this, absolutely the best I've ever tasted:
Peanut Butter Cookies
2 c. Jif peanut butter
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. hot water
1 c. sugar
3 c. bisquick
mix peanut butter, water, sugar, oil
slowly add bisquick; roll into balls, press with fork dipped in water.
bake at 400 degrees
