In response to Bettye's article on Irena Sendler and her heroic deeds to protect children, I want to remind all women to call or email their state Senators (www.senate.gov) to vote for the Protect our Children Act 1738 which will be voted on Sept.26th in Congress. US law enforcement has identified 300,000 online sexual predators, but because investigators are overwhelmed they can only track down 2% of these offenders. It is more widespread than you can believe all over our nation with babies on through teens being videotaped being raped, fondled and physically abused to satisfy viewers. It's time we all take a stand by at least phoning our Senators to vote for the billion dollars needed to round up these predators for good.
