Recipe
|
Rhubarb Compote
1 1/2 ob. deep red rhubarb,
trim and cut into 1/2 "pieces
Mix in large bowl with
1/3 c. sugar
2. t. instant tapioca
1/2 c. orange marmalade
Set aside for 15 minutes and then divide into 8 small baking dishes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve with yummy vanilla ice cream!

Camping Trip
Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson went on a camping trip. As they lay down for the night, Holmes said:" Watson, look up into the sky and tell me what you see?"
Watson said, "I see millions and millions of stars."
Holmes: "And what does that tell you?"
