HO'OPONOPONO AND HEALING

Greetings Ram - Another great post from you with good steps of the Ho'oponopono practice. I put a few comments in the body of your post.

Ram: This is absolutely super to heal oneself and others in a selfless way. And Ho 'oponopono being a part of the healing process/practice. All of you have said it so beautifully to simplify it for real-life practical purposes. Thank you all very kindly. This is how I feel-know its working:

1. Pure wish or intention to self-heal and to help others being the first essential ingredient. And to keep this wish/intention alive subconsciously. This is the first plane/state of wisdom.

Starr*: I put a step zero in there because we are all at different stages and one might have to start more simply. For instance say one gets into a dispute with someone else or is worrying about a project, housing, finances, etc. The person has to see/hear his or her self engaged thusly, and say STOP! while saying to his or her self 'this method of working on the problem is not the healing way', stepback and start the Ho'oponopono. Then your step No. 1 kicks in where the pure wish for healing takes the place of the emotional involvement. I find this is the hardest step - becoming detached and remembering the 'intent' of self-healing.

2. Entering the silent pure zone of the Self and connecting with the Source. Remembering clearly that there is no better purifier than knowing and being the Self.  And feeling oneness of the the sub-conscious pure wish with the spontaneous purified vibrational energy.

Starr*:This practice needs become so automatic that one can do it in the heat of a dispute if necessary.

3. Silent Ho 'oponopono Mantra recitation

4. Soul-felt case-presentation to the Self/Universal Self for the healing to happen so that there would be more forthcoming of self-less/unconditional community service according to one's unique talents (i.e. specify it).

5. Letting the Universe/Nature to take care of the orchestration (of the pure wish) as it deems appropriate during the course of time.

6. Being alert to what is being presented (it could be new all the time) so that we could perform our roles as shown. And after performing them, letting it go.

7. " I love you......Thank you (few times). And leave it alone.

While I have shared the healing process/practice as above, please note that I do appreciate there are many ways to reach the same goal. Whatever works the best for you, that's the one meant for you.

Starr*: Yes, I agree dear Ram. The reason Ho'oponopono is so useful is that it puts the person in charge rather than calling on others to do the healing - thus each person is regaining the use of their own Self Powers. It is beyond any particular religious doctrine in that all can access its methodology. I saw a movie yesterday about a healing clinic in Switerland that uses all the alternative modalities together according to the needs of the 'individual'. It's the approach of healing in from 'wholeness' - exactly what we are all are regaining an understanding about.

Thank you dear Constance for this lovely explanation of what we have been talking about regarding the application of Ho'oponopono and the authentic purification. I will send it to the Tahirih Group which is also applying the practice of "I love you, I'm sorry, Please forgive me, and thank you." It seems to be an *aware* and *chosen* hypnotic state that is in constant operation - continually clearing and in joyous alignment with Divine Intelligence and flowing Spirit.

As we use this practice let's share the things we see transform and transmute around us and in our personal lives from time to time.

Greetings to Everyone!

Thank you Starr* and Rita for sharing what is so essential and necessary for healing humanity. This is a great gift to impart to us here at LRIG. The simplicity of the Ho'oponopono is beautiful, a few simple words: I Love You, Please Forgive Me, I'm Sorry, Thank You, commanding the greatest amount of power when spoken with full intention, purity and truth.

The greatest gift we can give to another, as each other, is healing. This is something we can do selflessly. When we do this, we promote healing within and without, as Starr* has said, the healing is expanding well beyond our immediate periphery.

One individual, who carries the power of healing within them selflessly doing their work, is powerful, effecting as much that is possible. When another is added to this power of healing, knowingly or unknowingly, their power increases, effecting more than what was possible. When a group, or groups, become channels for selfless service in healing, the world is awaken to Spirit.

Here, as in where we are now ... in our hearts, there is a vast deep channel for love. This love is ever growing deeper and planting itself roots to the center of this earth, each one of us, a root. This is something so deep, the earth will never be the same, for what we are planting is new, never until now, is this occurring on this planet. Once the roots are indeed planted, and a solid connection is forever made ... life will never be the same.

It will be the Real Life of the Living Spirit on Earth.

LOVE!
