Body/Mind/Spirit Women’s Spa Day

Dear Circle Connections Members,

We invite all who live near Estero, Florida to a Body/Mind/Spirit Women’s Spa Day this Friday, January 14th from 10 – 1 PM at the beautiful and serene Happehatchee Center. http://www.happehatcheecenter.org website has directions and a calendar of events. This wonderful eco-spirituality center is a gift to us all thanks to Ellen Peterson. She will be our guest on tomorrow's radio show.

We will come together in a sacred circle to celebrate the magnificence of Mother Earth and all women, to experience body/mind/spirit practices, to share what is going on in our lives, and hopes and dreams for 2011.

Salima Silverman will lead us in yoga.

Nuccia Morelli, M Ed., visiting us from Canada, will lead us in Osho Nadabrahma Meditation, an old Tibetan healing meditation. She is the author of The Circle Gathering Guide: for effective and collaborative meetings at work, at home and in our communities.

I will help facilitate a sacred circle where everyone is valued and celebrated.
