Hello Everyone, it was wonderful hearing Tej Steiner talk about his work. I too have found after twenty years working with women and the mother-daughter relationship and teaching women how to facilitate circles that one of the three key themes that stand out is that women need to claim their needs, and particularly their emotional needs. The other two themes I've discovered are raising their visibility and sense of entitlement. These three themes are what my circles focus on and the 6 week model I teach other women to facilitate. It is so wonderful to hear that other people are discovering the same things. One question though, where is this world-wide circle movement. I'm discovering amazing women who are also facilitating circles, but who else is out there. In the UK there doesn't seem to be too many.
