Michelle, Your passion and ability to see the need for personal responsability in the outcomes we desire speaks strongly to me. What is it we want? What are we willing to do on behalf of that desire? If we aren't moving how can we hope that anyone else will? I'm in... What's it going to be? Julie

The recent posts about CSW have stirred me.

Missed opportunities for CSW. Waiting for someone to present invitation. Symptom of a core dysfunction. When are we going to step in and claim? Commit? Take responsibility?

Update: They won’t speak and haven’t spoken to us.

A few remain in circle dialogue hopeful that something new can emerge even when there is no willingness on their part (what do we do with that? Or better yet, What Would Sophia Do?). There is an open invitation to this circle. There is also recognition that what is going on here is much greater than any single event.

I still am befuddled when I revisit the question that was presented last year, “There were only 3 of them? How did you (as a community) let this happen?”

5 months ago we, as a community, witnessed Kimberly King and Lauren Oliver be publically ousted and abandoned with no just cause. We witnessed our community project being hijacked. Yet there was no unified stand taken for them, for the inappropriateness of the actions, for the very core of why we gathered, Sophia.

I think of the 8 years with Bush – how collectively, as a community, as a system, we were asleep, expecting ‘them’ to change, do the right thing, there has been a complacency, laziness for too long. Can you see it mirrored here in our sub-system, our circle community?

And here we are at today…

In a few weeks, some will go and attend the CSW, some of us apparently won’t. So what will we do? What are we or what can we be a stand for together?

So when I read the posts about not getting the memo on CSW it makes me again wonder why we are here as a community and what do we expect to change if we haven’t fundamentally changed as a community?

Right now, today, moving forward what are you wanting? Please share.

I am here because I yearn to co-create in a community where we honor, see and act on behalf of a greater whole (Sophia) whose center is love. I am committed to conversations that communicate, enhance and support this.
