But Joe, my comment is what is known as sarcasm... however it must be known that in my innocence I never had a beer until I got to Germany... Uh Oh, I forgot the beer I used to drink on the farm while we were putting up hay... I muat have been at least 15. We needed it to clear the hay dust out of our throats.

Gleason and two or three blocks up from the drive in on right side of Foothill going from Tujunga to Sunland. Near that surplus store or was it AD Mart. That party with beer couldn't possibly have been while you were at Verdugo... none of us in Sunland/Tujunga ever had access to alcohol until we were 21! And by then, I was already in Germany at least a year... where we could get the good stuff at 12.5 cents a glass.
