Dear People --

Just a little hello from Santa Barbara, on a lovely Saturday morning....

There seems to be some growth in the air. The hummingbirds are showing up at my feeder, and the intense winds of last night have calmed down.

I had a great conversation yesterday with Ani Ahavah -- and this "Global Village" idea -- just seems to be coming through....

Maybe it is time for something new. Maybe we are ready to wake up some new concepts in "community" -- ready to explore some new approaches to "circles" or "core groups" -- or consciousness-based activism, or who knows, maybe it's "conscious evolution" waking up in some new format....

I can feel this coming, in some way or other. In talking with Ani yesterday, I sensed that she, too, is feeling that pull, that call.

Like that sixties song, "There's somethin' happenin' here, what it is ain't exactly clear...."

But it's there. The energy is there. The call is there. The capacity is there. The ideas are there. Maybe even the people are there...
