A Spiritual Being Having Human Experiences

Introduction

It is almost universally understood, that first there is God/the Source of all. God created Light (Consciousness/Spiritual Energy), and with that light, all humans came into being. So let there be no confusion, as all is created equally and intrinsically in That Light of Consciousness. Thus, no one is good or no one is bad in original nature of a human being. One is as one is. However, the mind may think differently in many cases, and a human is a modified form of Consciousness. There are two sides of the same human: one, the intrinsic Real-Self (otherworldly self) to have human experiences. The Real-Self ("I,” "You,” "Me,” "Him/Her,” and "Everyone") has/had descended on earth to have human experiences out of one's own volition. Entering the game of Life/Consciousness.

Game/Play of Consciousness

The rules for the game (i.e. Leela-the game of consciousness): Top Summit Goal: Unity-Consciousness/Self-realization-At-One-ment with one's own Self, as one with the Universe (i.e. all That is) and One with the Source/God from whom all beings/things come and return. This game is like a Chutes and Ladders game. Chutes relate to: Over-indulgence at material platform (not remembering who you really are while playing the game of Consciousness), anger, greed, attachments, ego/pride (not calling for help), jealousy, fear, lack of forgiveness, impatient, rat-race, ungratefulness, closed mindedness, retaliatory/confronting and a disturbed state of mind. It will bring you down from where you are and you will loose advantages in the game of Consciousness. By playing the game and always remembering who you are (i.e. the Self/Consciousness/Awareness/Love/Joyful) will automatically help you to easily climb up the ladder successfully gaining strides and reaching the summit goal in a peaceful, loving and appreciating manner. The progress is step-by-step, inch-by-inch, slow and steady.

Also the rescue Help button is always available to every one, as God is everything, everywhere and instantly accessible to all. Regardless of the challenges we face, we are always free to accept divine support. We cannot escape divine love. This is a heart-felt love call to the Real-Self/God (instant focus within). To then make a move. Observe what happens to you. Then follow up with thanking the help with much appreciation. Every time you arise (with self-conscious effort and determination) from any fall and with the spontaneous help available, you will arise and keep arising, always a few steps closer to your Real-Self. So arise as you must. As the greatest glory lies in rising up when you fall.

Conscious/Light

Consciousness/Self always knows what is happening in the game; however remains detached and not affected by the quality of experience (i.e. joyful or sad, mood swing up or down). Amused while constantly observing/knowing the game being played. When connected in Consciousness, one can spontaneously realize that one in one's Consciousness/Spirit is everywhere, here and there, where the Universal Consciousness is. Seeing and feeling the Conscious connection with the Self, with others and with all that is. As if one is present in all and all are present within one-Self through the Consciousness as it is. Knowing and feeling a sense of "All there is is Consciousness.” I am Consciousness, so is everyone else. All are freely and effortlessly connected in Spirit/Consciousness. In this connection, it is so spontaneous to affirm lovingly:

Let there be Light that consumes all temptations. Let there be Presence that dispels all the evil activities. Let there be Joy! Let everyone and everything shine with the light of God. One whose heart is established in divine love, and always feels-knows God's Presence in all that is, radiates this light and reveals God’s presence to others. Let it happen to you.

Practice Points

--The one who travels and plays this journey or game of life with TRUTH embedded in one's heart, there will be joy, comfort, peace, freedom and love in living ones life, and vice versa.

--A balanced approach is be in this world but be not of this world. Remember this eternal Truth. Keep moving with life experiences. Play and Observe the game of Consciousness with full awareness (of who you really are) on an ongoing basis.

--The association of consciousness establishes people, not only to help in meditative stillness, but also in the connection carried on afterwards via vibration; as being on the same wavelength.

--In one's connection, emphatically ask the "Ego" to release your physical body, and return your Self-focus to the Light.

--Similarly, ask the "Ego" to release your etheric body, emotional body and mental body and return to the Light.

Conclusion

Individuality is the illusion that we are not identical with the Source/God (from whom all comes and all returns). When this illusion is dispelled (through regular 'Stillness' meditation), what remains is God. It is none other than the Self/formless Consciousness.

The above experiences make one wonder, "Am I the doer?" or "Am I the instrument/tool of God?” As long as the traces of egotism remain within a human, he/she would think that he/she is the doer.

Through the realization of the Self/Consciousness, the impressions of the "Karma" or "the destiny” are transcended. One begins to realize that one's Self is the architect of one's own destiny.

All the creation or the world we see is just a game of Consciousness. Thus it leads to the conclusion that we all have to see ourselves "SELF"/Consciousness first; then see the whole world as the Self. If I am the Self, the world appears as Brahman/Universal Consciousness.

Meditation

1. Sit with your spine straight with closed eyes. Observe your breath in and out. Gradually feel your mind calming down.

2. Be there for a few minutes and affirm, “I am pure consciousness” with feelings.

3. Breathe into the base of your spine (root chakra). Be present there as you invoke your own spiritual energy. Affirm, “This energy sustains me.”

4. Imagine energy rising from the base of your spine to the crown of your head by pausing at each of the seven chakras. Feel each chakra's energy is awakening.

5. At the crown chakra feel I and God are One. I am a Spiritual being having human experiences.

6. Take your attention upwards as high as you can go in to the space and effortlessly feel the presence of Supreme consciousness up, around and every where. Affirm, “I am one with the Source.”

7. Feel my egoistic tendencies are leaving me and feel the presence of love, freedom, peace and joy.

8. Bring your attention back down towards the crown chakra and all the way down towards the base of your spine (root chakra) and feel the presence of the light of God in every cell in your body.

9. When you’re ready to come out of the meditation bring your attention towards your breath. Feel I am an instrument of God, a Spiritual being having human experiences and ready to play the game of life/consciousness in complete alignment with the intrinsic Reality.
