This beloved temple space has been home to many years of joyful gatherings, music making, chanting, creativity and awakening. Arden House is full of character, with arched doorways, hardwood floors, Spanish tile, French doors, outer wall murals and a huge back yard. The, spacious open floor plan includes living room with fireplace, dining room, two bedrooms, a full bath, an office/studio, kitchen, breakfast nook, pantry and laundry room.  There’s plenty of closets and you’ll also have storage space in the garage. The private, large back yard, (which has been home to annual Beatles singalongs and other great parties), has numerous fruit trees, shade trees, a tandem swing and back yard dining area.  Wifi is provided as well as partial water. 

The rent is $2350 a month. I imagine that Arden's new occupants are kind, thoughtful people who will thoroughly enjoy and take good care of our home.... and be harmonious neighbors to those who share the property. (My spirit daughter and son, Nell LeBlanc and her husband Bobby, live in the cottage to the back of the property and my friend Kate Ingalls lives upstairs in a separate unit with it’s own outdoor staircase.) Your average monthly payment for the shared utilities is about $55.
