I am making my annual Mother Mary Event tour to the east coast for May and June.

I have a beautiful one bedroom - one bathroom apartment to sublet.  It is a sacred space - very sunny, serene, quiet and spacious.  It 
is located in Santa Barbara, in a very lovely, quiet San Roque neighborhood, near Foothill. The apartment has a separate entrance and 
is behind the main house, where the owner lives.

I am offering the apartment at a reduced rent of $1,400 per month which includes all utilities and internet.  There is also a Security 
deposit of $1000.  There could be some flexibility with the timing of the rental. I am looking for one person who is quiet, responsible 
and will be very respectful of my beautiful home.
