he really was representing himself & his mission ...

and how did the story proceed, dear prudence?

all taxations go with processes of various types & along phases ...

sometimes to bow in a mass is a clever thing to do ..
another time the energy arised calls for an action ...
swift and with unlimited precision ...
as operating a heart within the timeschedule given by some limitations often not human reigned ...
