Hello, Giovanna, Last time I hit the "private reply" (I did not use my outlook buttons), I used the VIPA one. So i'm not sure why, except that I probably change my "view encoding " to Windows Western", that may be what caused the encoding difficulty? I did not change it this time on receipt of the e-mail.
