I remember the chain well. I also remember when they paved Wentworth from Sherman Grove to Oro Vista. My Sister and I picked Lemons from the Grove across the Street and made Lemonade. We sold it to the construction workers for 10 Cents a Glass. I forgot about that until you mentioned the "chain". HA

I love this Forum, it brings back incidents memory has forgotten.
