Just wanted to mention

(hi people)

that I got a call today from a guy currently down in LA, named Barry Circle Tillman

who is hooked up with Bioneers, and who I met on the Transpartisan Alliance web site, and who is working to build a big transpartisan circle process that is intimately linked to native american energies, and a big event he/they are putting together involving big tipis -- 240 people in one tipi -- he says he wants to get all the geniuses in one tipi...

He vibes like a pretty strong guy -- actually, Jeanie -- he reminds me a lot of the guy we met on the street in Santa Barbara who was organizing for Obama, and who got me (and you and Barry Soble) over to that meeting we went to. I love his vitality, and he has a strong driving vision of circles. And he really gets a lot of this other stuff.

so, I was getting stoked up on how we can use this polling technology to support this kind of work -- and how we could essentially get this thing flowing as something like "a conversation with 50,000 people at the same time" -- which is what I think is going to happen...

I did start working on this survey system about 4:30 am, and figured out (I think) how I can add an optional comment field to a multiple-choice question. It's pretty smooth -- man, must have taken me ten hours to figure out how to make that little thing happen -- but it seems to be working.

So, I made a LightPage group for this project (also, Jeanie, I fixed up the "add a new lightpage group" feature a little bit, and added a way to upload banners and background files into the system.

But. If this group in New York right now -- is looking for "gender balance in the circle" -- I think this guy Barry Circle Tillman -- is going to help me, and us. He's a hitter, we need a few of them.

Also -- Connie Eberhart put that video she made at Bonnie's birthday at Muddy Waters up on a shared server -- http://vimeo.com/3415638. This Bruce is a little thick in the middle, but the video is cute. So is Jeanie.
