Some of you may be standing aghast at our use of the word "allies". For instance, you might have muttered, "Why are they using a military term in a woman's newsletter?" Well, you've asked the perfect question.

And the answer is because we are re-wiring our belief system to receive enlightened transmission of new interpretations. Note this definition of allies. "Allies are people, groups or nations that have joined together for mutual benefit or to achieve a common goal or purpose, even when no explicit agreement has been worked out between them."

Gather the Women, for example, represents a set of kindred-hearted women who are sister allies to groups all over the world even though nothing official has been worked out between them. We are Allies for the Greater Good with literally millions of women (and men) everywhere regardless of gender, nationality or other category, because our hearts are oriented toward serving the greater good.

I'm hopeful you will breathe your aliveness into this co-creation of new imagery. The fact is we are already Allies for the Greater Good! Now it is time to make this vast invitational field of individual gifts and offerings a visible reality. Your Being --an ally-- is the Doing of our new culture. We are the new humanity-in-person. Our Presence and Awareness to this collective picture is the lifeline of the new context we're living in together. We are not alone, thank heavens. Our mutuality is saving our lives.
