The Call in my Heart
In a world of increasing negativity and fear, the time is NOW for a positive revolution! We can no longer wait for someone or something else to make life work better. We must –and can – take responsibility for living positive lives today if we are to have a future worth living tomorrow. For twenty years, business friends and I have been applying specific win-win practices in our corporations, communities and families, as executives, coaches, citizen-diplomats and parents. The results are revolutionary: we speak our truth with compassion, change what doesn’t work, resolve conflicts directly, and see the best in ourselves and others. The personal rewards are noticeably less stress and thankfully more joy. I have been called to steward these win-win practices, referred to by many names including the Geneva Group Agreements, Co-Creator’s Agreements, and most recently, Revolutionary Agreements, after my book of the same name. The movement has begun and is spreading like wildflowers across fertile land. Living in integrity, non-judgment and gratitude, revolutionaries are transforming their lives – and our world.
