The Call in my Heart
Throughout my life, I constantly have to adjust and control my fear, anger, frustration, anxiety, and stress… I recently found that a combined practice of Tai Chi, Yoga and Meditation works very well for me.

What I Want to Make Happen
I’m looking to meet people with same interests to share my philosophies and listen to theirs. If we could work together, cultivate ourselves and able to help others, it would be my ultimate goal “How to live a healthy life in the 21st Century”.
