The gestation period for a mare is eleven months. Delivering foals in partnership with more than one hundred mares in twenty-five years ignites an internal wick desiring connections with humans, animals, and nature through stories and metaphor. While twenty-five years is a long gestation period, the birth result is following the path with the most magic. My path leads to a study of Humanities with emphasis on Mythology, Depth Psychology and Education in a Master's program at Pacifica Graduate Institute. The art of using stories and myths to educate ourselves, children and other adults fascinates me. Myths feed my imagination.

"DreamTending" is another interest which stimulates my imagination. Dreams are a resource for rich information about what is going on with us and our world. Dreams want our attention. "DreamTending" is a method of "tending" the dream images which come to us. These images come out of our psyche with messages which can enhance our lives. To share our dream with a "tender", someone who will listen from a neutral space, helps us discover and mine the gold that lies hidden in our dreams.
