What do you want people to know about you?
Giving birth to six amazing children and being allowed to 'mother them' is my greatest honor and blessing. Experiencing my children having children (three, so far) took me to a new level. Was married for 24 years and lived on a farm, barefoot and pregnant many of those years and a full-time mom and homemaker. Divorced at age 40, went to college, found out I was smart, curious, courageous, creative and a talented communicator. One of my greatest teachers in life has been bi-polar disorder. Has been with me for 27 years. Ms "Bi" is a powerful dynamic teacher, sometimes asking more of me than I have to give....

What is most important to you now?
Most important to me now is to begin my career speaking (or professing) to a variety of audiences, my life experience living with bi-polar. My perspective and input is valuable and powerful. Most of us deal directly with, or are directly affected by, clinical depression or other serious mental illness. My message is valuable, needed and can make a difference in many lives.

What gifts do you have for others?
My gift is public speaking regarding living with bi-polar. I have been told I am a gifted communicator and speak from the heart. Oh, and I have a wild sense of humor!

What gifts would you like to receive from others?
I am hoping to meet someone who could advise me regarding steps and connections to begin my career in public speaking. One of my concerns is, if I quit my job, I would have no medical insurance, which I very much need.
