Hello... I have been involved in holistic healing arts, health and wellness for over 30 years, personally and professionally, centered on the integration of body mind heart and soul. Living in an ashram at 21 and then with another spiritual teacher in a commune have significantly influenced and contributed to my way of being and sense of direction; a foundation such as this is amazingly generous and gracious.
From 1977-1997, I taught hatha/raja yoga as well as practiced massage therapy and acupuncture. After leaving clinical practice, my career direction shifted to nonfiction writing -- on topics centered on healing, awareness, whole living, and ‘inner’ evolving.
Now, I launch inherlife: inspiring holistic living... through ways that serve to awaken the heart and spirit. My root work remains nonfiction writing, and applying tools to this business; inherlife, LLC is designed for individual introspection and group gatherings through wisdom circles and creatively inspired workshops and retreats, and by producing whole-related events from Arts to Zen.
In November 2009 inherlife, LLC will hold its first fund-raising event, called 'Arts for Awareness,' to benefit a local hospice as well as to broaden visibility of and for local/regional artists.

My Dream
My dream is to be completely in the flow of life at the center of stillness; in gratitude for health, bliss and abundance; with loving-kindness, clarity and wisdom; and enjoying a creative life while abiding serenely... May all sentient beings dwell peacefully together in love... Like the yogic realization of samadhi -- sat (truth) chit (consciousness) ananda (bliss)! Namaste.
