Work / Purpose related: My interest centers around fostering generative and integral connections, conversations, collaboration and coordination where breakthroughs need to happen.
I am a board member of The Performance Center, a partner of Transformation Systems International, and on the leadership teams of the Transpartisan Alliance and Uniting All Nations project. A new initiative (working name) Integral Forum is under development.
I work with groups, institutions and communities that are generating their future together strategically and intentionally. I use innovative tools and integrated approaches to the design and orchestration of alliances, coalitions, forums, conferences, keypad polling assisted deliberation and decision making, and generative engagement processes.
My work is informed by: Transformation and Generative Change, The Source Dimension of Leadership, Generative Conversations, Integral Vision/AQAL, The Biology of Love, Transpartisan Politics, R. Buckminster Fuller/ A World that Works for Everyone, System Thinking, Whole System Design, and Emergence. Walt is based Portland Oregon.
In summary: I love designing and orchestrating breakthrough group processes and using keypad polling when that is helpful.
