I am a woman still learning how to accept what comes - at age 74. A lot has come this past year - a fall on ice and a shattered elbow, dislocated thumb, a broken rib. These injuries and resultant pain have taught me about stillness more than anything and about patience. I live in an intentional spiritual community called ElderSpirit. We are all of us learning how to live in harmony.
