I found some help to translate your poem in Google.

smiling eyes is a sweet thing

thus one probably calls it the girls

which one looks at gladly which one looks gladly after

which one keeps in memory…

smiling eyes has its name because of their eyes

from these eyes radiates always a deep smile smile directly into the heart its goes it smiles at

and it smiles at everyone it meets that

simply so

who it meets does not notice only at all which that was

but it notices as its heart becomes further as it feels softer

and a daily looks it into the mirror and smiles at itself

one should call it smiling eyes… it thinks with itself

goes out of the house

and smiles everyone which it meets with its eyes on

this smile passes itself on

around the whole ground

the hearts of so many open

that ground begins to smile also
