What a great response to the book! Thanks to everyone who has emailed about their interest in the book. We are all so excited. I haven't been able to write back to each of you individually, but we know you are interested.

I am going to resend the email I sent earlier this week with all the details, in case anyone missed/deleted it. You don't need to reread it if you have the information already.
