Thank you for your message.

I, too, am working on connecting with my True Self / Infinite Source.

I grew up with the belief: "Each moment must be filled with activity or talking or thinking; otherwise, nothing is happening, and your life is empty and meaningless". Needless to say, this belief is inaccurate and depressing.

I need to remind myself, repeatedly, during prayer and meditation, as well as at other times during the day, that my connection with the Divine is real, constant, energizing, and healing; and that this connection provides full meaning to my life, regardless of whether anything material is happening at the moment.

As I am contemplating on LRIG's 7th, Spiritual Strategist theme this weekend, I am observing and working towards being more present with my self, accepting the moment and seeing the things as they are being presented to me in each moment and being fully with the moment and at the same time my relationship with my inner true Self. I am also observing and being conscious of my external behaviour, my communications with who so ever I am interacting with and bringing that in sync with who truly I AM.
