Veronika;-)ah! you've grown even brighter ... you're an angel right?;-)

this is a very wonderful message to convey about y/our energies. i needed to be reminded of this exercise, to cleanse and to release, which is of this or that, and the 'what' pops up ... saying, "oh, not this or that again? alright! ... embrace this or that, love this or that, align this or that, set it free ... to be."

but we forget to do this often, and we hold it, go over it needlessly ... forgetting to release and let go ... as if, i can change what has been, judging what went wrong, or simply, what could have been ... forgetting ... what is, what was ... just is. not right or wrong, not good or bad, not this or that.

all this attachment, all this illusion built up over the millennium, attaching itself to it, as if it is REAL.

it's a wonder ... when you finally release and let go ... even if you fall, and attach for a moment and release again ... they say, practice makes perfect.

there is always one behind us, one beside us, and one in front of us.

i'm listening ... y/our energies are in the utmost care, cherished, supported, strengthened and released to dance upon the whole of the pure energy current ... the stellar planetary wave ... y/our energies, bouncing, touching, cascading, laughing, forever free and liberated in the palm of life dwelling deep within us.
