Dear Kenneth and friends,
thank you so much, dear Kenneth, for sharing your experience with us - all of us suffer from the same symptoms, some and sometimes more, some and sometimes to a lesser extend.
It is only when we already will have created the global Family of Love and Solidarity that such down-dragging feelings will disappear from human experience as they will have lost their man-made origins.
Heavenly provided mutual support then will prevail and pave the path of life.
In support and in addition of prior posted comments I want to affirm you to continue the enlightening path which you and many of us already have started.
The experiences of Unity Consciousness within the Infinite Source though may vary. This since long is being proved by the large variety of such experiences reported by those who shared their Divine Touch with others. Such experiences vary depending on the respecting quality of time, that is, they depend on the necessities of the very given moment.
The UNITING purpose of all those experiences - which might happen as soon as we succeed in letting go everyday realities and consequently enter Eternal Reality - is:
- - to convince us to believe in the ONE mutually supporting power of life
- - to spread confidence in letting rule that POWER instead of all the man-made coercions which humanity collected within the burden of history
- - to jointly prepare space & time for a divinely provided LIFE:
Humanity in the position of safe-guarding Nature and Environment.
Once having been blessed by the Divine Touch of Enlightenment we always and again are invited to withdraw from everyday realities in order to refocus and re-orientate on the Essential. This way we "refuel our batteries". We avoid getting lost and dragged down into despondency. We may indulge in the warmth and light of a reality which waits to be realised within the socio-ecological relations of Planet Earth, our habitat.
What I want to say and share is that the focus of human life and the hope of Mother Nature are the 3 above mentioned purposes. The experience of ONENESS does not stand for itself. It is to make us aware of and to push us into the direction of those 3 purposes - individually as well as jointly and socially.
Each of us may find his and her way to contribute for the benefit of the destiny of those 3 purposes.

Hello Ram, Constance, Rita, and All,
Thank you all for your messages of love and hope.
I started meditation this past August. I do about 25 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening.
I've had a long (47-year) history of depression and anxiety, stemming from a childhood filled with emotional and physical abuse, narissistic exploitation, empathic failure, and abandonment.
I've been largely successful, over the years, at emptying the reservoir of distress that I've been carrying around, though I've been less successful at changing my personality (which characteristically is self-repressive and overly intellectualizing).
During my meditations, I must repeatedly bring my mind back to my breath in order to prevent it from wandering. Back in January 1982, I had a spontaneous experience with superconsciousness, lasting one week, non-stop; so I know that it is possible for me to achieve unity consciousness. I just don't seem to reach it now, during my meditations. I think that deep emotional injuries from my childhood are probably interfering.
I always look forward to LRIG messages, in hopes that I will one day be able to overcome my inner resistance and to re-access the Infinite Source.
