Hi Constance, Rita, S'ace et all,
Thank you all so kindly for so wonderful enlightening messages. And most of them relating to the Real- Self/Spirit that is present in all of us. Simply beautiful!
I have been in a conference held in Toronto for a week by Swami Ishwara Nanda from California. And his central theme has been the same and he went into lots of other pertinent areas that relate to the contemplation of the Self as such. I thought I will share with you three major aspects that made lots of sense to me and to many other participants. And these pointersl deal with how do we translate this knowledge in day to day living of our lives?
1. Reflect on the knowledge --Atma Bodha. As the knowledge of the Self is directly for the liberation. Apply knowledge with objectivity otherwise emotions and feelings take over. Ego being the greatest problem (i.e. husband and wife relationship). When it comes to emotional experiences, cannot apply knowledge with objectivity. When parents cannot apply knowledge to the children, they are also adversely affected. Spirituality/Vedanta is readjustment of life. When applied, it is most useful. Apply it with total dedication and love. Offering to the Lord all the actions with dedication and love. Action should be with purpose and goal. When you receive the result, share with everyone. Don't own it. It is for everyone's benefit.
2. Spirituality is to recognize the inner imperfections in inner meditation. Have no hatred. No anxiety and frustration. Superficially doing the things does not change the personality. Holiness in mind, with faith and conviction there can be some change/transformation. Spirituality is silent transformation from ego to awareness. No one may or maynot notice the change but is important for the one who is undergoing the silent change/transformation.
3. Skills need to be developed to experience the Self and what humans can do with this knowledge? Humans are allowed to make mistakes. Nothing is perfect all the time. Perfection is the ability to correct oneself on an ongoing basis. Spirituality is constant self-correction/growth. When coming down (low in spirit), you are on your way to go up. Watch/observe the shift. The greatest sinner can transform into the greatest saint; if he/she has realized his/her mistake, then such a person is the greatest friend of the Lord. A person of knowledge/wisdom can correct oneself. You are not condemned. Spirituality is not a mass event. It is personal one to be shared as it comes from within. Religion provides discipline and spirituality leads to perfection. Religion forgives mistakes and spirituality guides to self-perfection. Religion develops faith, spirituality determines self-will. Religion teaches to love God, spirituality guides to experience God.
Makes me feel good to have shared the above mentioned refreshers.

In may occur to us that we agree words vibrate in a context of domains - then we are adepted (somehow) to those orders by means of intention to understand and co*template our mutual essence hon"our"(r)ing the implicate "orderring".
In example i debug the germinating opening context: "Healing is taking place at LRIG organically, authentically and lovingly. Thank you for sharing your messages with beautiful graphics. Getting it i connect Healing to Exchanging Messages :: Verbs (Observe, Refer, Touch, Act, Want); Organically to Elements (Ether, Fire, Water, Metal, Earth); Authentically to Domains (Style, Ratio, Mystic, Nature, (un) Bound); Lovingly to Phenomen(i)ons (Will, Thought, Feeling, Sight, Deed) ...
... which happens to be addressed as a complex however it was unconscious at work all the time regarding our feet & hands as 4 radartypes with each 5 (1+4) phases.
Hmmm ... is this a co*tribution to the light-center and/or am i in a pure selfish process giving voice to the occult stage (?)

When emotional self gets more active in me, and for healing to take place I encourage myself to practice what says in Bhagawad Gita: "Self is the greatest purifier", dwelling on the SELF within by bringing the attention towards the SELF, purification and healing take place on its own. Spending time in silence each day and connecting with the Spirit within allows to feel and know our true nature, as it also says in Bhagwad Gita in chapter thirteen: "The Supreme Spirit in the body is said to be the one who is the Witness and the Approver, the Supporter and the Enjoyer, and who is the Sovereign Lord and the Highest Self". For your beautiful kind and tender words, and for this I shed a tear; one, two, and three more of them. Even though you are in Israel, you see how connected we truly are. We are not separated by land masses and oceans when our heart strings and mind streams are united and intertwined.
You have always been courageous to share your personal pain and healing process. Please know you are not alone, as I'm going through my own personal pain and healing. Many of us are, and the ones that have completely integrated and left this process are helping us through this process, even if at times this is subjectively so. Glad to know we are together sharing this process. We are getting to know each other, love and light in deeper ways, opening the consciousness to more release, liberation and freedom.
Love has its methods, and one of them is healing. Healing is the process of moving through our pain and arriving on the other side balanced, whole and healed. When this happens, we step into our own gift of healing and become healers.
Starr* mentioned back in postings here about placing your hand on your heart throughout the day, to remind yourself where you are coming from. I've added to this the head; reminding the mind to remain in the light and the heart to remain in love. People might see me doing this behind the wheel of the car, or when I'm riding my bike down the road;-)or wherever. Looks a little tribal ... perhaps the reminder signs for the spiritual warrior. For some reason I like using a closed fist;-)two taps head, two taps heart outta do it.

This was a beautiful summary of the purpose of LRIG. Even though I am in Israel, and sometimes in great pain from my sense of inner disconnectedness, I receive hope and encouragement from you; and I hope that I give it back as well.
Although my personal messages might not be able to emphasize all the things that can go right in our lives, as your messages invariably do, I do believe that healing is possible through a sense of sharing our love and caring for one another's health and happiness. I have come a long way in healing from my past traumas, and I have a way to go. I know that my contact with my groups in Israel, my friends in the US, and LRIG has been meaningful; if it were not, I would not feel the motivation to respond.
I want you to know how much I appreciate you and energy. I cry as I type this. The healing process is truly working.
