Jim - Here's one more recipe "To Die For Creamed Pheasant" 1 Pheasant cut up, 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, garlic powder and paprika to taste. Oil for frying, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, 1/3 cup chopped onion, 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk. (add more milk if desired for the consistency you like)
Wash pheasant and pat dry. Combine flour with garlic powder, paprika and salt and pepper to taste. Roll pheasant pieces in flour mixture, coating well. Brown in oil in skillet. Remove to baking dish. Combine soups, Worcestershire sauce, onion and enough milk to make of desired consistency in bowl; mix well. Pour over pheasant. Sprinkle with additional paprika. Bake, covered, at 325 to 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Yield: 4 servings.
