Thanks Julie and Jonathan, at all for sharing the power of Love. Those who have realized love say that love and devotion experienced in one's thoughts, feelings and actions make one forgetful of everything else. As love is the union of the lover and the beloved through the spontaneous flow/process of loving. Can you imagine what an ineffable joy does one experience just by loving the Self/the Source. Once that joy is realized, all earthly pleasures fade into nothingness. Therefore meditate on the Self and be experientially aware that love, joy, peace and freedom spontaneously begin to flow within and arround. As that's the intrinsic flow of the Source/the Self as is.

Wishing you all Loving Awareness in all you do.....Ram

Namaste everyONE,

Julie...thank you for this post from Amma (the living embodiment of the Divine Mother and Universal Love) and pointing out the way to dissolve the separation between you and I and build the bridge to union with the quality of the One that we truly are in essence.

Heartsmiles, Jonathan

Instead of "I love you," say "I am love"

"The common expression is 'I love you.' But instead of 'I love you,' it would be better to say, 'I am love — I am the embodiment of pure love.' Remove the I and you, and you will find that there is only love. It is as if love is imprisoned between the I and you. Remove the I and you, for they are unreal; they are self-imposed walls that don't exist. The gulf between I and you is the ego. When the ego is removed the distance disappears and the I and you also disappear. They merge to become one — and that is love. You lend the I and you their reality. Withdraw your support and they will disappear. Then you will realise, not that 'I love you,' but that 'I am that all-embracing love.'" ~Amma
