A former elementry school teacher out of Florida, I hold a masters degree from Pacifica in Humanities, having specialized in mythology, depth psychology and education. My husband and I live on two islands - one in the Caribbean and one in the Pacific Northwest. I am a Veriditas-trained labyrinth facilitator, having studied with Dr. Lauren Artress of Grace Cathedral, San Francisco.

My Dream
I am currently spearheading a church and community outreach project to plan for the only permanent labyrinth on Orcas Island, WA. To see a garden labyrinth on this most ancient and sacred Lummi Indian site and to walk its grassy path will fulfill a long held dream of mine. My second dream is to help write a book on the myth of Mt. Washington, our historic 18th century home on St. Croix.

Interests
The integration of mind, body, and spirit as it particularly pertains to the archetypal symbol of the labyrinth. I also have a deep and abiding interest and years of experience in historic restoration, antique furniture and interior design.

ON EVOLUTIONARY WOMEN
The second half of life can be the most rewarding and exciting time in a woman's life. It is now our time to care for ourselves and there is no one else who is able do it better!
Are you wanting to re-focus your present efforts and add deeper meaning to your life? Are you bored? Lethargic? Do you ask yourself, "Now what? Is this all there is to life?" Have you been wanting to re-arrange old thought patterns and behaviors and feel you are the only one who entertains these thoughts?
My desire is to encourage and support the older woman in her endeavors to be all she has always wanted to be. I dream of holding a small retreat on my 18 c. plantation on the island of St.Croix. Or, perhaps something on Orcas Island in Puget Sound.
In February I will be the oldest person to graduate from the Humanities program at Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, CA.
I pay attention to my dreams. So can you.
