Many of us enjoy this long-standing, leading edge class offered in SBCC Adult Ed by Spender Sherman. Great class, good people, fun schmoozing at Daily Grind afterwards.

Consciousness, Science, and the Nature of Being: For Older Adults resumes on September 6 and runs for ten weeks through November 8. It starts at 10:15AM and goes to 11:55.

If you haven't yet registered, you can do so at the Schott or Wake Centers this week. Or you can come to class a little early on Friday and register either at the office or at the door.

The class is tuition-free. Its CRN is 41745 and it’s listed on page 66 of the School of Extended Learning Class Schedule under the heading Older Adults: Self Management.
