SPIRIT GROUPS LAUNCHING AT UNITY, LATTER PART OF SEPTEMBER.

Here is the message I gave to all those who came to the 9:30am and 11:15am services Aug. 20, 2017:

“I asked to speak to you this morning about Spirit Groups because of the wonderful people I have met in them who continue to enrich my life. In these heart-centered small groups, we experience our deep and beautiful God-Selves with each other, and become comfortable with Who We Truly Are as brilliant lights wherever we are, in our ordinary and extraordinary lives.

The love we feel, the insights we gain, the courage we develop Change us, and seemingly change all around us. I hope to sit in circle with many, most, all of you, in the months and years to come, as we grow this small group ministry together.

Spirit Groups form around a multitude of affinities and topics of study. You may choose the group that interests you most and fits best with your schedule. We meet for seven weeks, in 90 minute sessions, in a member’s home, guided by a Spirit Group Host, such as myself. Hosts ensure that everyone feels safe and supported as a valued, contributing member. I invite you to come forth and become part of this emerging mission-centered ministry here at Unity - as a guiding Host, group member, or if you would like to offer your home as a meeting place.

We will begin signing up group members in earnest mid-September. In closing, I’d like to say that, “A Spirit Group is a loving network of relationships, in which each of us can grow as members of a vibrant-inclusive-spiritual community - inspired to realize and express our divine nature.”
